BOOKING AND RETREAT GUIDELINES

The Return
A WELLNESS SUMMER CAMP
5–8 November 2026 | Austinvilla Estate, Gold Coast Hinterland
The Return is four days of movement, nature, creativity, joy and connection. Please read these guidelines before booking so you know what to expect and can help us create a welcoming experience for everyone.
Booking and payment
Your place and accommodation choice are confirmed when your booking is accepted and the required payment has been made. Each accommodation option has limited availability and is allocated according to the live booking inventory.
You can pay in full or choose a payment plan. The payment plan requires 50% at booking, with the remaining balance paid in two instalments on the dates shown at checkout. Your booking confirmation will set out the amount and due date of each payment.
If a payment is missed, we’ll contact you and give you an opportunity to bring your booking up to date. After three follow-ups and a final written notice with a clear deadline, we may cancel the booking and offer the place to another guest. If that happens, we’ll refund amounts paid beyond any deposit we are entitled to retain under the booking terms and applicable law.
Please contact us as early as possible if you’re having difficulty with a payment. We would much rather talk through the options with you.
Cancellations and name transfers
If you can no longer attend, please tell us in writing as soon as possible. The booking deposit is intended to secure your place and is non-refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We’ll confirm how any other payments are treated under the cancellation terms presented at checkout.
You may request to transfer your booking to another woman if you can no longer attend. Please contact us before arranging the transfer. The replacement guest must meet the retreat’s participation requirements, complete her own forms and accept these guidelines and the waiver. A transfer is complete only when our team confirms it in writing. Any payment arrangements between you and the replacement guest are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If we need to cancel the retreat or make a significant change to what was booked, we’ll contact you promptly and explain your available options and rights.
Booking for friends
If you book an accommodation option that includes more than one guest, you are responsible for providing the name, email address and phone number of each accompanying guest at booking. We’ll then contact them directly to complete their own information and forms, including dietary and accessibility needs, T-shirt size, emergency contact and waiver.
Every guest must complete her own forms before arrival. A room booking does not allow an unregistered guest to attend. If you’re booking a shared accommodation option on your own, please answer the checkout questions about whether you’re joining with a friend so we can prepare the room allocation accurately.
Caring for yourself and others
The experience includes optional movement, wellness activities and time outdoors. You are welcome to participate at your own pace and step out of an activity when you need to. Please tell our team privately about any dietary needs, allergies, injuries, accessibility requirements or other information that would help us support you. Some activities may require additional safety instructions or consent.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs, but please speak with us before booking if you need to confirm that a particular arrangement is possible. In an emergency, follow the directions of Austinvilla staff and retreat facilitators.
Our community agreement
We ask every guest to help create a space grounded in respect, kindness and care.
Treat fellow guests, facilitators and venue staff with courtesy. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, unwanted attention and aggressive behaviour are not welcome.
Respect personal boundaries. Ask before hugging, touching, giving advice or sharing someone else’s story.
Honour privacy. What another woman shares in a group session or private conversation is hers to share. Do not repeat it outside the retreat without her permission.
Ask before taking or posting identifiable photos or videos of other guests. Please follow any photography guidance given during sessions.
Allow others to participate in their own way. No one is required to share personal experiences or join every activity.
Care for the accommodation, grounds and facilities, and follow venue and facilitator safety instructions.
If something makes you uncomfortable or you need support, please speak privately with Grace or a member of the retreat team. We’ll listen and respond as thoughtfully and promptly as we can. Serious or repeated breaches of this agreement may result in a guest being asked to leave; any refund will be assessed under the booking terms and applicable law.
By booking, you confirm that you have read these guidelines and agree to complete the required guest forms before attending. We can’t wait to welcome you to The Return.
